As of January 2022, Dr. Mark Oliver Kersting, LL.M. (Yale) joined our Frankfurt office as a partner. Besides corporate law Dr. Kersting is a proven expert in banking & finance/capital markets law. Regarding supervisory law, he has represented various financial service providers, payment institutions and insurance companies in applications for licenses. He has also advised on large project financed transactions, predominantly in the energy sector, real estate and acquisition financings. In capital markets law he has been counsel for the issuers of a number of IPO’s. We are happy to be able to further broaden our range of expertise with the arrival of Dr. Kersting.
