Frankfurt, 18 May 2020 –HERMES & GIEBELER Rechtsanwälte advised Phabicon GmbH on the sale of all shares of KOEHLER eClinical GmbH to Excelya Group, Nanterre, France.

KOEHLER eClinical GmbH is a contract research organization with its head office in Freiburg and branches in Potsdam and Constance that provides clinical research services in data management, biostatistics and EDC solutions to the biopharmaceutical industry and life science organizations in and outside of Germany.
