HERMES & GIEBELER advises PREMIUM Equity Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in FREQCON GmbH
Frankfurt, 29 June 2023 –HERMES & GIEBELER Rechtsanwälte advised PREMIUM Equity Partners GmbH and one of its fonds on the acquisition of a majority stake in FREQCON GmbH.
FREQCON GmbH develops and produces energy storage solutions and converter technologies for renewable energy sources. The converters and control systems developed and produced by FREQCON ensure efficient and reliable grid integration of renewable and conventional energy sources.
PREMIUM Equity Partners is an investment company founded in 2011 with a focus on niche companies in the DACH region with revenues of between EUR 10 and 50 million.
