Dr. Werner Mielke of SALGER Rechtsanwälte advised the shareholders on the sale of all their shares of S.C.A.T. Europe GmbH to LAB Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of Forum Family Office GmbH. He was supported by Dr. Reinhard Hermes of Hermes & Giebeler Rechtsanwälte, with whom he had worked already in the past on several transactions (amongst others on the sale of ITK Engineering AG).
